Welcome on autumn sailing and sail training!

Seize the great opportunity to update existing skills or learn something completely new. So whether you were an experienced sailor or just interested in a new possible sailing hobby, or something in between, this sailing is meant for you! Previous sailing experience is therefore not necessary to participate, with an enthusiastic attitude and an open mind gets you started!

New friends and shared experiences!

On a ship, life takes place in shifts around the clock in different conditions, where the importance of cooperation is emphasized. Sail Training is just as much learning about life as it is learning about sailing - we learn to live together, by sailing.

Trainees participate in all activities on board, guided by our experienced crew. In addition to learning sailing skills, all trainees take part in shifts, which also includes cooking and other daily chores. Of course, sail training is not just work 🙂 During sailing, we get to know various island destinations, spend time together, eat well, take a sauna...

Departure: From Helsinki on Monday 14.10. at 12 , arrival on the ship at 11:30
Arrival: To Hanko on Thursday 17.10. about at 12

Departure: From Hanko on Thursday 17.10. at 14:00, arrival on the ship at 13:30
Arrival: To Helsinki on Sunday 20.10. about at 12

Accommodation: The first places are sold to Svanhild, where trainees accommodate in cabins for 2-3 people and then to Astrid, where trainees accommodate in the ship's large cabin, and we will sail on two ships.

Sailing ticket includes:
Alusmaksu, purjehduskoulutus, ateriat, ohjelma sekä merellä että maissa, majoitus ja arvonlisäverot.
* Price for those over 25-year-olds who participated the Tall Ships Races 2024 on Astrid or Svanhild.
